Terms of Service
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These Terms govern use of the Shlachli platform ("Service") by businesses ("you", "Customer"). By creating an account or connecting a WhatsApp Business Account to Shlachli, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Shlachli lets you send and receive WhatsApp messages with your customers through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Shlachli is an independent provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp.
2. Your obligations
- You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and the Meta Platform Terms.
- You must obtain valid opt-in from every person before sending them business-initiated messages.
- You may not send spam, unlawful, misleading, or abusive content, or content that violates third-party rights.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for the actions of users you add to your account.
3. Fees
Meta charges you directly for WhatsApp Business Platform conversations according to Meta's pricing. Shlachli charges a separate subscription fee for the Service as published on our website or agreed in writing.
4. Data
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You remain the controller of your customers' data; Shlachli processes it on your behalf.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies, or that cause a risk to the platform. You may cancel at any time; see Data Deletion Instructions.
6. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is". Message delivery depends on Meta's infrastructure, which we do not control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shlachli's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
